Liver pathology in COVID-19

СOVID-19 is a systemic disease with dysfunction of the immune system and damage to internal organs, including liver. The purpose study fnd out impact SARS-CoV-2 virus on liver, possibility its recovery after coronavirus infection. We examined 112 patients positive test for COVID-19. А clinical examination, biochemical blood tests, computed tomography chest, pulse oximetry, ultrasound examination abdomen were performed. All divided into two groups based presence or absence cytolytic syndrome. It was found that liver pathology detected in 48.2% patients. These changes accompanied by statistically signifcant lower levels oxygen greater amount lung tissue, disorders platelet germ hematopoiesis. Three months infection damage, third had cytolysis use ademetionine at dose 800–1600 mg per day led elimination symptoms, normalization Conclusion. Liver during common hepatocellular nature, hypoxia, increased tissue count. Patients need be identify pathology, treatment using ademetionine.
